Our feed factory, which started operations in 1987, was established as the region's first private feed factory. Since its establishment, it has continuously renewed itself in terms of both capacity and technology. Production is carried out with a fully automated system. Bayramoğlu Feed, which transitioned to an automation system years ago, has achieved full integration from raw material acceptance to finished product shipment, thereby enhancing both the quantity and quality of its production.
Our feed factory, with a daily effective capacity of 1,000 tons, produces over 50 varieties of cattle, small ruminant, and poultry feeds. Our feeds are produced in powder, pellet, and granule forms, and optionally cooked with an expander. Feeds are optionally offered to our customers in 10-25-50 kg bags or in bulk. Additionally, laboratory animal feeds produced for scientific studies and custom-configured upon request are offered to academic researchers without profit motive.
The advanced technology used at every stage of production is continuously renewed and updated. In 2020, we restructured our laboratories and incorporated the most modern food laboratories into our organization. At every stage of production, raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products are analyzed to achieve the most accurate production with zero error. Additionally, our laboratories also serve our customers and industry stakeholders.
Our flour factory, commissioned in 2010, was established with a daily capacity of 400 tons and is the region's most modern and highest-capacity flour factory. Our investment is equipped with high technology, and every stage of the process is controlled by an advanced automation system. Carefully selected wheat is put into production after rigorous laboratory approval and transformed into delicious and healthy flours. Our flours undergo trial productions in our own bakeries and are released to the market only after receiving approval from our expert team.
Aziziye Lidaş and grain drying facility under Bayramoğlu Group, for which an investment decision was made in 2019 and foundations were laid in 2020, will commence operations very soon with an initial capacity of 45,000 tons of storage and 50 tons of grain drying per hour.
Bayramoğlu Group, which entered the construction sector in 2010, has signed hundreds of successful projects as Bayramoğlu Construction and continues to add value to its brand by building prestigious and modern works in the construction sector. We will make every effort to extend the value we place on human health to human welfare and safety as well.
